痢后风与肠道型反应性关节炎关系探讨

Abstract
Based on the database of Chinese Medical Classics,the records of secondary arthritis of dysentery in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) were sorted out and analyzed. The result showed that the secondary arthritis of dysentery was similar to intestinal reactive arthritis in epidemiological features and clinical manifestations,therefore,the intestinal reactive arthritis belongs to the secondary arthritis of dysentery in TCM. Ancient TCM doctors used medicines with the function of tomifying qi ,nourishing blood and pro-moting blood circulation to treat the secondary arthritis of dysentery ,which is inconsistent with the medicines with the function of clearing heat and promoting diuresis used by the contemporary TCM doctors for treating intestinal reactive arthritis. The reason may be related to the changes of the main pathogenic factors of an-cient and modern reactive arthritis. In our modern society ,bacillary dysenery is seldomly seen ,while the in-fection of urinary occurred frequently.关键词
