中西医结合治疗眼眶骨折致眼眶瘀肿及眶下神经知觉障碍临床观察
Clinical Observation of Treatment of Orbital Swelling ,Blood Stagnation and Infraorbital Nerve Sensory Disturbance Caused by Orbital Fracture with Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of early application of integrated traditional Chi-nese medicine and western medicine on orbital swelling ,blood stagnation and infraorbital nerve sensory dis-turbance caused by orbital fracture. Methods:A total of 76 patients with 82 injured eyes suffered from or-bital fracture were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by the random number table. Each group had 38 patients with 41 injured eyes. The control group was treated with intravenous perfusion of antibiotics and dexamethasone,oral administration of B vitamins and mecobalamin tablets,as well as other symptomatic treatments. The treatment group,besides the treatments of the control group,was prescribed self-made No.1 proved recipe of orbital fracture and No.2 proved recipe of orbital fracture. After the treat-ment,the amelioration of orbital swelling,blood stagnation and infraorbital nerve sensory disturbance was ob-served and the curative effect was evaluated. Results:The average regression time of soft tissue swelling , palpebral blood stagnation and subconjunctival blood stagnation of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). For the comparison of the amelio-ration of infraorbital nerve sensory disturbance,in the treatment group,the treatments were obviously effective on 6 cases,effective on 12 cases,ineffective on 0 case,and the total effective rate was 100.0％,while in the control group,the corresponding data were 2,12,6 and 70.0％. Therefore,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early application of integrated tradi-tional Chinese medicine and western medicine for treatment of orbital fracture is safe and effective. It can accelerate the repair of the damaged soft tissue around the orbit,shorten the process of the regres-sion of orbital swelling and blood stagnation and ameliorate the infraorbital nerve sensory disturbance. Com-pared with only treating with western medicine ,the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can shorten the process of treatment and improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
