Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication regularity of Chinese medicine in treatment of anal verge edema after hemorrhoid surgery by fumigating and washing based on relevant literature. Methods:Literature about treatment of anal verge edema after hemorrhoid surgery by fumigating and washing with Chinese medicine in CNKI published from January 1,1997 to December 30,2016 were collected,and relevant infor-mation were extracted from literature which met the inclusion criteria. After standardization ,the database was built up and the frequency and association rule analysis was made by statistics softwares ,including Access Database,SPSS17.0 and SPSS Clement 12.0,in an effort to sum up the medication regularity of Chinese medicine in treatment of anal verge edema after hemorrhoid surgery by fumigating and washing method. Re-sults:A total of 101 pieces of literature which matched the inclusion criteria were collected ,inluding 101 prescriptions and 112 kinds of Chinese Medicine. There were 19 categories of Chinese medicine,the top 3 categories with high usage frequency were heat-clearing medicine(mainly for clearing heat,dampness and poi-son),medicine for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis and purgating medicine,with a total frequency of 56.62％. The top 5 Chinese medicines with high usage frequency were Huangbai (Phel-lodendri Chinensis Cortex),Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix),Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas),Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis),Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma),with an accumulative frequency of 30.69％. Among all the medicines,medicines with cold nature were used 521 times(63.00％) and medicines with bitter flavor were used 594 times(41.98％). For the meridian tropism,the top 3 meridians were liver meridian,spleen meridian and large intestine meridian,of which the total frequency was 48.33％. Conclusions:The treatment of anal verge edema after hemorrhoid surgery by fumigating and washing with Chinese medicine usually based on clearing dampness,heat and blood stasis. Medicines for clearing heat and detoxicating,for clearing heat and eliminating dampness and for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis were com-monly used in the treatment.关键词
