黄桂成运用络病理论治疗骨质疏松症经验
Experience of Professor HUANG Guicheng in Treating Osteoporosis Based on Theory of Collateral Disease
摘要
Abstract
Professor HUANG Guicheng is good at treating osteoporosis(OP) based on the theory of collateral disease. On this basis,Professor HUANG Guicheng has developed and improved the theory of collateral dis-ease. He points out the location of OP is in the bone and the disease is closely related to collaterals failing to transport and distribute qi and blood in the meridians. He also summarizes the pathogenesis of the dis-ease,including the asthenia of collaterals caused by deficiency of liver,kidney and spleen and the block of collaterals caused by phlegm and blood stasis. Therefore,in clinical treatment of OP,Professor HUANG fo-cuses on both reinforcing the healthy qi and unblocking the collaterals and he is good at using Wugong (Scolopendra),Quanxie(Scorpio) and Tiannanxing(Arisaematis Rhizoma) to remove blood stasis.关键词
