Professor WANG Canhui's Experience in Treating Acne
摘要
Abstract
Based on the study of the etiology,pathogenesis and occurrence and development regularity of ac-ne,Professor WANG Canhui has summarized the basic drugs which can be used to treat it. He thinks that yin deficiency is the root pathogenesis of this disease,so the methods of nourishing yin and clearing heat, cooling blood and promoting blood circulation should be applied in the treatment. He has created a basic formula for the disease,which takes Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Recens) as the monarch drug,Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma),Mudanpi(Moutan Cortex),Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra),Danshen(Salviae Miltior-rhizae Radix Et Rhizoma) and Huainiuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix in Huai area),Zicao(Arnebiae Radix), Yangtigen ( Rumex japonicus Meisn ) as the minister drugs , Jinyinhua ( Lonicerae Japonicae Flos ) , Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix),Xiakucao(Prunellae Spica) as the adjuvant drugs. In treatment,according to different symptoms,drugs in the formula can be subtracted and other drugs can be added to the formula as well, which can achieve a good curative effect.关键词
