摘要

Abstract

Innovation activity is not only a process of creating new knowledge within the organization,but also a process of absorbing new knowledge and information from the outside of the organization.Individual innovation is the basis of organizational innovation,and individual innovation will be directly related to the survival and development of the organization.The subject of innovation is individuals.So the promotion of innovation requires individuals with human capital and social capital.By focusing on the scientific and technological employees in scientific research institutes,this study establishes a model of human capital,social capital,innovation behavior and organizational performance,which examines the impact of innovation behavior on organizational performance and the influence of human capital and social capital on organizational performance through the mediation variable of innovation behavior.
