Thinkings upon Modern Business School Governance Reform Guided by Business Education Accreditations

Abstract
In order to build world class business schools,it is key to establish a modern school governance system,which lays the institutional foundation.This paper discusses the practices made by China's business schools in school governance reforms with reference to the business education accreditation standards and proposed a series of improvement suggestions.It points out that in terms of internal governance business schools should clarify their missions with distinctive features,implement "faculty governing academics",professionalism of school administration team and rationally divide powers between academics and professionals.Business schools should also maintain a relatively high level of autonomy,give students more room to play their roles and involve external stakeholders more extensively in the school external governance.关键词
