孕晚期孕妇纯母乳喂养意向调查及影响因素分析
Status and influencing factors of exclusive breastfeeding intention in third-trimester pregnant women

Abstract
Objective To investigate the exclusive breastfeeding intention in the third-trimester pregnant women,and analyze the related influencing factors. Methods From October 2015 to January 2016,the third-trimester pregnant women from 8 baby-friendly hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed. The questionnaires included general information of third-trimester,breastfeeding knowledge,attitudes,self-efficacy of breastfeeding,support from the people around,and planned infant feeding style. Results 82.3% of the women had exclusive breastfeeding intention. The intention was related to the planned time to start work,primary caregivers of baby, attitudes and self-efficacy of breastfeeding. The puerpera who planned to start work later were more motivated to take exclusive breastfeeding. The breastfeeding intention score of the puerperae who planned to start work 6 months later was 3.79 times of those who planned to start work within 6 months. The women whose babies would be taken care by parents and grandparents had less active breastfeeding intention than those whose babies would be taken care only by parents. The higher breastfeeding attitude score and higher self-efficacy score meant the stronger intention of exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion The third-trimester pregnant women have positive intention of exclusive breastfeeding. But some still do not plan to take this feeding style. For them,the medical staff should strengthen prenatal education, provide breastfeeding knowledge and skills,breastfeeding self-efficacy,cultivate positive attitudes,and develop the intention of exclusive breastfeeding.关键词
