剖宫产术后阴道分娩产妇分娩体验的现象学研究
Phenomenological research on delivery experiences in women who succeeded in vaginal birth after cesarean
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the delivery experiences in the women who succeeded in vaginal birth after cesarean. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,19 women who succeeded in vaginal birth after cesarean from International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were chosen. The data were collected through interviews,and analyzed using a phenomenographic approach. Results Three descriptive categories were identified:How to deliver a baby was influenced by multiple factors;The process of vaginal birth was an enjoyable experience;It was a good experience after vaginal birth. Conclusion Exploring the delivery experiences in the women who succeeded in vaginal birth after cesarean is helpful to establish a better individual management mode,and to promote the rate of vaginal birth.关键词
