自拟养元汤改善I型心肾综合征心肾功能的临床效果及可能的作用机制
Clinical Effects and Possible Mechanism of Self-made Yangyuan Decoction in the Improvement of Heart-kidney Function of Type I Cardiorenal Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects and possible mechanism Self-made Yangyuan Decoction in the improvement of heart-kidney function of Type I Cardiorenal Syndrome.Methods:A total of 136 cases of patients with Type I Cardiorenal Syndrome were admitted and treated in Langfang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to May 2017,and they were ran-domly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment;while patients in the observation group were given Self-made Yangyuan decoction.Changes of related indexes of heart-kidney function were observed.The levels of SOD,LDH and H-FABP were tested before and after treatment.Re-sults:The efficiency of the patients in observation group was 92.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.9%)(P<0.05);The improvement of heart-kidney function of patients in observation group were better than those in the control group, and the levels of LVDD,BUN and SCr were lower than those of the control group,while the level of LVEF for the patients in obser-vation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SOD levels were higher than those of the con-trol group,while the levels of LDH and H-FABP for the patients in observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of self-made Yangyuan Decoction were good in improving the patients'heart kidney function,and the mechanism may be associated with regulation of the levels of SOD,LDH and H-FABP,which can reduce renal im-pairment and myocardial injury.关键词
