失智老人照顾者照护能力现状调查及影响因素分析
Analysis of status quo of caring ability of caregivers of elder people with dementia and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To know about dementia caregivers care status and influencing factors.Methods:A total of 245 people with de-mentia and their caregivers were investigated with dementia general information questionnaire,general information questionnaire,car-egiver care questionnaire.Results:Care ability score of people with dementia caregivers was 57.80 ± 15.64(out of 105);Single factor analysis showed that the caregiver's age,educational level,whether or not to accept the relationship between dementia care knowledge and training,and the patient's ability of caregivers.Multiple regression analysis showed that:whether old people with dementia com-plicated with other chronic diseases or not and the caregiver's age,and the relationship with elderly with dementia and whether to ac-cept the dementia care knowledge training were the factors influencing caregiver's care ability.Conclusions:The care ability of care-givers of people with dementia was poor,indicating that the medical personnel and the relevant departments should strengthen the de-mentia related knowledge training,improve the care ability of caregivers.关键词
