多院区框架下护理同质管理实践
Practice of nursing homogeneity management under framework of multi-hospital branches
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the method and effect of nursing homogeneity management under the framework of multi hospital area.Methods:By optimizing the nursing management framework,adopting a unified nursing management system and quality control standard,arranging the mobilization and training of staff among hospital branches and with the help of the nursing information man-agement system to realize the homogeneity management among all hospital branches.Results:The hospital branches was superior to the main hospital in the two major quality indexes of"patient centered"and nursing management(P<0.05).There was no statistical-ly significant difference in patients'satisfaction in the main hospital and the branches(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the integrated management model,by optimizing the nursing management framework of the hospital branches,and by means of the information nursing management system,the homogeneous management among hospital branches could effectively be promoted.关键词
