Abstract
Objective:To construct geriatric nurse specialist training expectations questionnaire,so as to provide the basis for the estab-lishment of senior nurse training programs.Methods:On the basis of consulting the literatures,the core competencies of senior practi-cal nurses and Taylor's behavioral target model were taken as the theoretical framework for the preparation of questionnaires.The Delphi method was used to determine the preliminary questionnaire and the questionnaire was pre-investigated to verify the reliabili-ty and validity of the final questionnaire.Results:The authority of experts was 0.865,and the coordination coefficient was 0.789.The Cronbach's α of the questionnaire was 0.851,the replacement reliability of the questionnaire was 0.874 5.Exploratory factor analysis extracted five common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate was 71.716%,the questionnaire content validity index was 0. 931.The questionnaire contained a total of core competencies requirement,admission requirement,training methods,teacher arrange-ments,training evaluation of five dimensions,34 entries.Conclusions:The prepared senior nurses specialist training expectation ques-tionnaire had good reliability and validity,and could serve as a survey tool for the aged nurses.关键词
