高效氯氰菊酯对甘蓝夜蛾幼虫中肠消化酶活性的影响
Effect of Beta-cypermethrin besticides on digestive enzyme in stomach of Mamestra brassicae Linnaeus larvae
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This paper mainly understand the effect of beta-cypermethrin on the sucrose and trehalose.[Methods]This research studied the influence of beta-cypermethrin on the digestive enzymes of 4rd,5rd and 6rd instars Mamestra brassicae Linnaeus larvae using feeding analysis.[Results]The result showed that the influence of betacypermethrin on the activity of Mamestra brassicae Linnaeus larvae including intestinal sucrase,and trehalose increased with the increase of dosage,the activity of the enzymes decreased obviously with the extension of processing time and this effect weakened gradually with the increase of age.for 4rd instars,compared with the different handling time and concentrations,the difference of mesenteric trehalose was significant;For 5rd instars,the difference between 2 500X and 2 000X was not significant while the other handling was significant;For 6rd instars,the difference of contrast for the 2 500X at 3 h was not significant,while the other concentrations were significantly different in different handling time and contrasts.[Conclusion]The influence of beta-cypermethrin on the activity of sucrose and trehalose was prominent,this influence was increased with the increase of dosage and this effect weakened gradually with the increase of age.关键词
