纳米碳对平陆百合脱毒苗鳞片分化的影响
Effects of nano-carbon on scale differentiation of Lilium brownii var.virus-free plants

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of different concentrations of nano-carbon on the differentiation of Lilium davidii were studied,the aim of this study was to optimize the screening medium and to provide reference for the application of nano-carbon in plant tissue culture.[Methods]The effects of plant hormones and different concentrations of nano-carbon on the differentiation of cultivated flora were studied by orthogonal design.[Result]When 6-BA,NAA and different concentrations of nano-carbon were used,the best medium for scale differentiation was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg· L-1 + NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 +nano-carbon 800 mg·L-1,the differentiation rate of 98.09%;When ZT,IBA and different concentrations of nano-carbon were used,the best medium for scale differentiation was MS+ ZT 0.8 mg· L-1 +IBA 0.3 mg·L-1 +carbon 600 mg·L-1,the differentiation rate of 91.43%.[Conclusion]The addition of different concentrations of nano-carbon in the culture medium could promote the differentiation of lily scales.The effects of different concentrations of nano-carbon on the differentiation of scales were different,and the optimum concentration was 600-800 mg·L-1.关键词
