摘要
Abstract
In this paper,graphene was prepared by avariety of methods,and graphene and alumina were prepared by differ-ent methods to obtain a new type of composite ceramic,which further expanded the research and application of graphene. The effects of different sintering process on the influence of graphene Al2O3 composite ceramic material friction and wear, hardness,density,phase composition and microstructure,improve the mechanical properties of Al2O3 based on ceramic materials at the sametime,to optimize the preparation process of alumina based ceramic materials,reduce energy con-sumption,the sintering of Al2O3 ceramic materials were shortened the cycle,thus reducing the production cost of the prep-aration.The mechanism of different strengthening action provides some theoretical guidance for the further study of the graphene alumina composite ceramic material sand the improvement of the mechanical properties of Al2O3 based ceramic materials.Secondly,we also control the preparation method of graphene,graphene prepared alumina ceramic composites sintered at different sintering conditions,and carries on the test and analysis,to promote the development of Al2O3 based ceramic material also has important theoretical significance and practical application value.关键词
