摘要

Abstract

Ceramic materials with high thermal conductivity have important research significance because of their excellent properties of ceramic and high thermal conductivity characteristics.This paper mainly introduces the concept of thermal conductivity,the high thermal conductivity rule of ceramic materials,the classification of high thermal conductivity ceramic materials,the application of high thermal conductivity ceramics,and the test methods,mechanisms,influencing factors, improving methods of thermal conductivity.Besides,the research status and patents of high thermal conductivity ceramic materials are reviewed.At the same time,the development prospect of high thermal conductivity ceramic materials is also analyzed.
