摘要

Abstract

The previous study shows that Si3N4-Al2O3-Y2O3-Al system in the B oxygen partial pressure sintering,the oxygen partial pressure of 0.002 MPa,to achieve a good sample to study the main factors of sintering,the sintering system in effect,to explore the alumina content,yttria content,nano alumina and its dosage,metal powder Al and the amount of sintering temperature and other factors on sintering properties and microstructure.The test results show that the higher the temperature is,the better the performance of the sample,when the sintering temperature is 1 650 ℃,the volume density reached 3.14 g/cm3,the porosity is only 0.7%,compressive strength reached 470 MPa,at this time,the specimen can sin-tered.
