钛酸铋/镍铜锌层状磁电复合陶瓷材料的制备及其性能研究

Abstract
In this work,the laminated composite ceramics of Bi4Ti3O12(BIT)/Ni0.37Cu0.20Zn0.43Fe1.92O3.88(NCZF)were suc-cessfully synthesized via the solid-state sintering route to afford laminated composite ceramics KNNLT/CZFM.Systemic investigations were conducted on structure,electrical properties,magnetic properties and the magnetoelectric coupling effect by varying NCZF mass ratios.The phase composition and fracture surface of laminated composite ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the BIT phase and NCZF phase can coexist in the composites.The ferroelectric and ferromagnetic of laminated composite ceramics can main-tain good independence.It can be found that magnetoelectric coupling coefficient increases with increasing content of ferro-magnetic phase,and 0.6BIT/0.4NCZF composite materials have the greatest magnetoelectric coupling coefficient of 58 mV/cm Oe.关键词
