中温釉下彩料的研制
The Development of Medium Temperature Underglaze Color
摘要
Abstract
Underglaze color use underglaze color material or decal from it is made,in essence blank,unglazed blanks were polychrome enamel on the surface of the blank,and then covered with a layer of transparent glaze,high temperature firing decoration methods.The problem developed underglaze color temperature 1 230~1 250 ℃ oxide material suitable for lique-fied petroleum gas shuttle kiln atmosphere.This paper include the development of a transparent surface glaze and under-glaze glaze color material.using a single factor test,the glaze on the basis of adjustments is to trial some good performance transparent glaze.Monochromatic color depth gradient,complex color color colorful,transparent enamel surface smooth and shining,good transparency,color glaze material products hair color bright,good quality glazed,no bubbles,pinholes, orange glaze defects.In the production process,must be strictly controlled and transparent enamel surface glaze color mate-rial thickness,to avoid air bubbles and pinholes defects.关键词
