摘要

Abstract

The barium titanate ceramics were fabricated by conventional solid state reaction method and sintered at different temperatures.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and radiant multiferroics test system were used to investi-gate the crystal structure,surface morphology and ferroelectric properties.The results show that all the samples sintering at the temperature range from 1 250 ℃ to 1 350 ℃ have a purity phase.Further detailed analysis found that the lattice pa-rameters and the cell volume of the samples have been significantly enlarged with the rise of sintering temperature.The fer-roelec tricproperty analysis results show thatas the sintering temperature increases,the coercive field of barium titanate ce-ramics first decreases and then increases,while the remnant polarization increases.
