烧结温度对钛酸钡陶瓷铁电性能的影响
Influence of Sintering Temperature on the Ferroelectric Properties of Barium Titanate Ceramics

Abstract
The barium titanate ceramics were fabricated by conventional solid state reaction method and sintered at different temperatures.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and radiant multiferroics test system were used to investi-gate the crystal structure,surface morphology and ferroelectric properties.The results show that all the samples sintering at the temperature range from 1 250 ℃ to 1 350 ℃ have a purity phase.Further detailed analysis found that the lattice pa-rameters and the cell volume of the samples have been significantly enlarged with the rise of sintering temperature.The fer-roelec tricproperty analysis results show thatas the sintering temperature increases,the coercive field of barium titanate ce-ramics first decreases and then increases,while the remnant polarization increases.关键词
