摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the reuse of waste glass,save resources and reduce environmental pollution,this paper designs a method for preparing porous permeable material by using waste glass.According to the principle of particle grading,the glass particles with similar particle sizes are naturally formed by accumulation,rely on the glass in the softening tempera-ture has its bonding,thus forming a stable skeleton structure and a well-structured communication hole and a large poros-ity.The results show that the particle size of the glass with the range 20~40 after 720 ℃ for 1 h sintering,the absorption rate was 10.02%,the apparent porosity is 19.63%,the apparent relative density is 2.19 g·cm-3,the bulk density is 1.76 g·cm-3,and it has a good performance of permeable.
