高表面张力超低温生料乳浊釉的研制
Preparation of the Opaque Glaze with High Surface Tension and Low Melting Temperature

Abstract
The opaque glaze can hide the blemish in the product of porcelain,so it is always widely used in the ceramic indus-try.The opaque glaze developed by raw materials without lead and arsenic,and it has some superior properties,such as ul-tra low melting temperature,high surface tension and low expansion factor.It cannot only be used in ceramic ware,but al-so in the rolling and pawing flower of the overglaze color decorating.After consulting a good deal of literatures and learning some relevant technological process,we make sure to use quartz,potash feldspar,albite,calcite,bechilite,kaolin,stea-tite,zinc oxide and zircon as the raw material to designing the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.By these experiments,we want to develop a opaque glaze with high surface tension and low melting temperature.And we will ex-plore the dosage of each kind of raw material and the technological processes (like the firing temperature and the milling time)are how to affect the quality of glaze.Eventually,we will find out the best recipe.The experiment results show that the best recipe is that Potash Feldspar 38%,quartz 18%,bechilite 19%,calcite 12%,zinc oxide 11%,kaolin 1.2%,stea-tite 1%.And the best technological processes contain that the best milling time is 50min and the firing temperature is 900℃ (Keep the temperature to 30 min).关键词
