摘要

Abstract

Ceramic sanitary cabinet basin forming machine for high pressure casting,the research through the forming process and the model structure of the super large and ultra-thin cabinet,based on foreign products of the same kind, each mold can independently rotate,set parameters,realize the cabinet basin high pressure casting,at the same time,to meet the different types of products are mixed production.The machine for Sanitary ceramics cabinet basin forming,elec-trical control system of high pressure casting with siemens 1500 series PLC programmable controller as the core,human machine Interface design adopts Siemens touch screen,field control uses integrated modules and distributed I/O to build e-quipment networks,based on Profinet bus protocol implementation digital communication between field equipment and master control unit,realizing automatic control of the system,the automatic casting,automatic forming and automatic turning,to achieve the automatic manufacture for the cabinet basin.
