摘要

Abstract

Based on the construction of CRTSⅠ slab ballastless track leading segment, the key four aspects in construction controlling are summarized, including concrete base and convex platform construction,track slab laying,CA mortar grouting and convex resining. The results show that,with such key processes as re-measuring by different people, accurate lofting, accurate and firm template positioning and assembly without leakage,the construction accuracy of concrete base and convex platform can be improved; with such protection measures as rubber gasket/ring protection, square wooden guidance and simultaneous stress of fine adjustment device,the quality of the track slab is improved; the disturbance effect of CA mortar construction on the state of fine adjusted track slab is reduced by determining the grouting end of CA mortar with slab floating amount and installing pressure slab device at the inlet;by adjusting the amount of water to control the fluidity of CA mortar near the upper limit,the gaps at the four corners and at the high side of the curve section can be reduced.
