Study on the Structure Design of Integral Vulcanized Elastic Iron Plate

Abstract
The integral vulcanized elastic iron plate belongs to rubber metal composite material and is widely used in railway, aviation, ship and other industries. The overall structure characteristics of the vulcanized elastic iron plate are prominent, resulting in uniform elasticity, superb track regularities and good riding comfort. It can effectively limit the deterioration of rubber, extend the service life of the product, improve the adaptability of product structure and reduce the vibration and noise of train operation. This paper focuses on the combination of the subway vibration fastener design with elastic compressive type iron plate structure, addressing key parameters, structure design, manufacturing process and relevant testing and other aspects. The key parameters of the elastic iron plate structure and type size interface design method are studied and one of the important design parameters of vertical static stiffness is explicitly processed by simplification, calculation and finite element analysis. Relevant inspections and measurements are conducted and full test data is obtained.关键词
