摘要

Abstract

A fluff-like Co2(OH)2CO3(CoOC)was fabricated on the nickel mesh surface by hy-drothermal method.The contact angle of surface water was 0°and the oil contact angle underwa-ter was 158.1°,which could exhibit hydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic property.And then CoOC was modified by hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)to reduce its surface free energy and obtain superhydrophobic property (water contact angle is 157.2°).A device of continuous oil/water separator was designed.The two kinds of nickel mesh with opposite wetting properties were applied in the separation of oil/water mixture,showing high oil/water separation efficiency and large flux.And it can overcome the defects in previous work such as low separation efficiency and small quantity.More importantly,with HDTMS modification,the Si—O bond on nickel mesh surface has a high bond energy,its thermal-stability is greatly improved,which provides a new method for the separation of oily wastewater in higher temperature.
