摘要

Abstract

Based on grey correlation grade,we creatively proposed a new improved algorithm by integrating the Euclidean distance analysis method and the grey correlation grade into the improved TOPSIS model.This algorithm can not only reflect the distance to the ideal solution but also take the shape of the similarity into account.Moreover,Delphi and entropy weight method are utilized to calculate the combination entropy weight for avoiding the lack of subj ective and obj ective empowerments.And the application of our improved TOPSIS model to the comprehensive evaluation of water quality in the lower reaches of the Yellow River shows satisfactory results so as to demonstrate that the new model is practical and effective.
