高容量锂离子电池SiO/SnOx复合负极材料研究
High-capacity SiO/SnOx Composite Anode for Lithium Ion Batteries
摘要
Abstract
SiO/SnOx composites are synthesized via high-energy ball milling and subsequent sintering at inert atmosphere.SiO and SnO2 are of amorphous feature after high energy ball milling.With increasing of the sintering temperature,SnO2 is reduced to Sn,which is accompanied by the formation of SiO2 .The composites sintered at 700℃ show excellent electrochemical performance with capacity above 920 mA·h· g-1 up to 90 cycles at current density of 0.1 A· g-1 .Meanwhile,the composites exhibit excellent rate-performance at different current density,and the capacity can reach 380 mA·h· g-1 at a high current density of 2 A· g-1 .关键词
