S1PR1/3在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度的关系
S1PR1/3 expression and correlation with MVD in ovarian cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 / 3(S1PR1 / 3) expression in ovarian cancer tissue and to explore the relationship between S1PR1 / 3 and ovari-an cancer angiogenesis and its clinical significance. Methods:Paraffin tissue samples were col-lected from surgical patients of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Renji Hospital,School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiaotong University,including 16 benign ovarian tissues and 51 primary epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC)tissues. S1PR1,S1PR3 and CD34 in ovarian cancer were de-tected by immunohistochemistry and microvascular density (MVD)was calculated by CD34 staining. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between S1PR1 / 3 ex-pression and MVD in ovarian cancer. Results:The expressions of S1PR1、S1PR3、MVD in ovar-ian cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor (P = 0. 032,P =0. 014,P =0. 000). S1PR1 expression was significantly higher in patients with stage III ~ IV, high-grade group,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0. 05). S1PR3 expression was significantly higher in III ~ IV stage and high grade group(P<0. 01). MVD was significant-ly higher in S1PR1 and S1PR3 highly expression group(P =0. 005,P =0. 012). Pearson corre-lation analysis showed that MVD was respectively correlated with S1PR1 and S1PR3 expression(r=0. 473,P =0. 000;r=0. 358,P = 0. 010). Conclusion:S1PR1 / 3 is overexpressed in ovari-an cancer tissues and is respectively correlated with tumor microvascular density. S1PR1 / 3 ex-pect to become a new prognosis index of ovarian cancer and bring a new direction for anti-tumor therapy .关键词
