摘要
Abstract
Objective:To identify the risk factors for venous thromboembolism (VTE) in ovarian cancer patients. Methods:80 cases of ovarian cancer patients were collected from Af-filiated Hospital of Qingdao University between Jan. 2010 and Jan. 2016,including 20 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer with DVT group,60 cases in the epithelial ovarian cancer without DVT group,60 cases in the benign ovarian tumor group. FIGO stage and grade of cancer,blood coag-ulation and survival data were analyzed. Results:The analysis in epithelial ovarian cancer pa-tients with DVT compared with ovarian cancer patients without DVT showed that the body mass index (BMI),age,tumor stage,platelet (PLT),prothrombin time (PT)and fibrinogen (FIB) had significant difference (P<0. 05). The analysis in ovarian cancer patients without DVT com-pared with benign ovarian tumor patients without DVT showed that platelet (PLT),prothrombin time (PT)and fibrinogen (FIB)had significant difference (P<0. 05). The overall survival and progression-free survival in the DVT group were statistically significant lower than those in the epithelial ovarian cancer without DVT group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The FIB,PLT,PT,BMI, age,CA125 were the risk factors of epithelial ovarian cancer with DVT. We should identify the risk factors for high-risk patients and take preventive measures actively to reduce the deep ve-nous thromboembolism,then improve the survival of patients and their prognosis.关键词
