摘要

Abstract

Enlarging restoration was a main repair method of serious thread damage of reactor pressure vessel stud hole.Based on M155 × 4 mm stud hole of CPR1000 reactor pressure vessel,the thread strength of stud and stud hole were checked after enlarging restoration.And based on design condition,the stress distribution of stud hole thread and vessel flange were analysed after enlarging restoration.The results showed that:the shear stress,compression stress and bending stress of reactor pressure vessel stud and stud hole thread met the corresponding strength requirements.The stress of stud hole thread and vessel flange satisfied RCC-M code requirement.
