Abstract
This article concerned with the reheat cracking sensitivity of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steels.Gleeble test have been made with different secondary weld thermal cycle on 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steels and its weldment.The result demonstrated that reduction of area (ROA) of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steels has increased with secondary cycle in different PWHT.The susceptibility of reheat cracking decreased from slightly susceptibility to not susceptibility.As for weldment of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel,the ROA of FG(R)-WM and IC(R)-WM are larger then that of CG(R)-WM,SC(R)-WM has little change with susceptibility of reheat cracking.关键词
