Experimental Study on Stress Concentration of 30CrMo Steel Based on Metal Magnetic Memory

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of stress concentration in engineering application,the three-dimensional metal magnetic memory detection system was used to test the 30CrMo steel plate samples under different load conditions.The tangential composition Hp (xy) and the vertical component Hp (z) were analyzed and the correlation gradient change the value of the situation.The results show that the magnetic signal amplitude of sample surface firstly increases,then decreases and then increases with the increase of the load,and there is a good agreement between the magnetic signal and its gradient eigenvalue.In addition,the change of the area equivalent ratio of the Lissajous-figure closed area under different stress concentrationis discussed,which provides the basis for the study of stress concentration and quantitative evaluation of ferromagnetic materials.关键词
