Abstract
Printed circuit heat exchanger has broad application prospects in very high temperature reactor,solar thermal power generation and other areas for its high-efficiency performance and reliable structural characteristics.Three dimension fluid-solid conjugated heat transfer model has been established and verified.The heat transfer and fluid flow laws have been researched in different angle(θ =5°,15°,25°,30°,45°) Zigzag channels during Re ≤2000,and the results show that the angle has an significant effect on heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics.Heat transfer and fluid flow correlations have been proposed by fitting 45 groups of dates which have an overall consideration on Re,Pr and Zigzag channel angle.It provides significant guidance to thermodynamic design of printed circuit heat exchanger.关键词
