摘要

Abstract

The thermal displacement of high temperature pipeline is lager due to its thermal expansion.In this condition,the expansion joint and displacement support structure are usually applied to reduce the thermal displacement.The reducing tee joint with special displacement support structure between the two expansion joints in the high temperature pipeline was used as an example.Due to the particularity of the displacement support structure,the design by rule method is not applicable.The finite element mode of the reducing tee joint with special displacement support structure was established based on the APDL language of ANSYS software,and the stress analysis was carried out under thermal-mechanical coupling load.The improvement structure was proposed,which can satisfy the strength requirements under internal pressure coupling with mechanical load.The calculation results indicated that the constraints and the stress produced by differential temperature should be reduced for the high temperature pipeline attachments structure design.The analysis results and methods can provide some theory and practical references for the finite element analysis of the special pipeline with displacement support structure under high temperature.
