Study on Leakage of Oil Pipeline Valve Based on Acoustic Detection System Theory

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of on-line leakage of the valve,a set of on-line detection system for valve leakage was established,according to the principle of acoustic emission technology,various parameters of acoustic emission with the change of leakage rate were measured under different pressure and different opening conditions,and the Parseval principle was used to fit the acoustic emission parameters with different leakage rates.And the power spectral density analysis was carried out from the frequency domain angle for the acoustic emission signal under different opening degrees.The results show that the acoustic emission parameters of the internal leakage would change with the change of pressure and opening degree,the power spectral density of the peak segment would move to the low frequency segment as the opening degree increased,the acoustic emission parameters RMS simulation of the internal leakage rate is closer to the experimental leakage rate,the sensitivity is higher than other acoustic emission parameters of the analog value.关键词
