摘要

Abstract

Shear creak may be generated at the interface during explosive cladding due to too high detonation velocity,or material lack of ductility.As the creak perpendicular to interface,it can't be detected by ultrasonic testing (UT) with straight-beam probe according to code.But by UT with twin-crystal anglebeam probe and having an angle between the beam and the creak,the creak can be found out.
