摘要

Abstract

Through chemical composition design and reasonable smelting,die casting,heating,rolling and heat treatment process,the 130 mm thickness SA-738Gr.B extra-heavy plate for containment airlock in nuclear power plants has been successfully developed.Performance test results show that the microstructure of the studied steel is composed of tempered bainite with small amount of inclusions.In addition,ultrasonic test results and mechanical properties satisfy the requirements of related standard and consumers with large amount of surplus after comprehensive testing.
