摘要
Abstract
Objective To realize the scientific management of hospital pharmacy procurement and improve management level via developing a pharmacy drugs procurement management system based the study of drug procurement process by using activity based classification (ABC). Methods The founction of procurement early warning and procurement plan automatic generation in the program was realized by analyzing, summarizing and encapsulating the data of drug out stock, in stock, inventory and sales in HIS database which used ABC to establish a data model. Results The hierarchical management of different drugs was realized, the level of purchasing management was improved, and the inventory and reduce the capital occupancy rate was reduced in this study. Conclusion This system can realize the optimal management of drugs, promote the operation benefit of the hospital and reduce the patient's medical expenses.关键词
