Abstract
Objective To explore the function of medical consumables integrated bidding procurement and the countermeasures of medical institutions under the background of health care reform. Methods The present situation of integrated bidding procurement was analyzed,and its significance and program were described.It's suggested that the whole-course supervision and feedback evaluation be executed on procurement cycle,transaction price.Some countermeasures were proposed to optimize the distribution mode. Results The implementation of centralized bidding procurement of medical consumables helped to integrate market resources, reduce procurement and distribution costs, strengthen supply chain management and intensify market competition. Conclusion The promotion of centralized bidding procurement and distribution mode of medical consumables nationally is the inevitable trend of medical reform, which is beneficial to the benign development of the industry and ultimately benefits the patients.关键词
