Abstract
Objective To analyze and investigate the effects of budesonide on T lymphocyte subsets and related cyto-kines in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Ninety cases of children with bronchial asthma were selected, who were treated in hospital from April-2016 to April-2017, and they were divided into the observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The patients of control group were treated with routine anti-asthma treatment. Based on the control group, the patients of observation group were treated with budesonide. Observe and compare the clinical treatment effect,adverse re-actions and the changes of clinical symptom score,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +),related cy-tokines (IL-1β,IL-12) levels of two groups. Results After the appropriate treatment,the patients of the observation group got a total effective rate of 93.4%,which was significantly higher than the 75.6% of the control group(χ2=5.414,P=0.020);The clinical symptom score of the two groups were all significantly decreased than before, and the patients of the observation group got more significant decline(t=24.930,t=40.131,t=44.086,t=21.018;P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000);The levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +levels in the observation group were significantly improved than before (t=5.303,t=7.365,t=7.454,t=5.615;P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000),while the control group did not significantly change (t=1.520,t=1.193,t=1.646,t=0.885;P=0.066, P=0.118, P=0.052, P=0.189);The IL-1β,IL-12,CRP,TNF-α levels of the two groups were all significantly decreased than before, and the patients of the observation group got more significant decline (t=22.994,t=11.401,t=15.163,t=5.263;P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.000,P=0.000);There were no more obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both two groups. Conclu-sion Budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can achieve good clinical results,significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of immune function,which makes it have an important clinical significance,and worthy of promotion.关键词
