摘要

Abstract

This paper in order to reduce the total amount of COD in whitewater discharged into the sewage system from paper-process reconstituted tobacco of papermaking process,and this paper studied the characteristics of paper-process reconstituted tobacco pulp,and measured the water filtration characteristics and filler retention rate of the pulp with dynamic water analyzer,and combining with the Zeta potential meter measuring pulp potential,and guiding screening effective retention and filtration agent,and improved tiny substance and colloid filler retention rate,and reduced the content of COD in whitewater. The results showed that the retention effect of chitosan was better than that of guar gum,and the effect of M2 guar gum was better than M1 guar gum,and the retention effect of ZKJT-1,ZKJT-2 and ZKJT-3 chitosan were better than that of the present retention agent. These results provide technical support for enterprises to reduce the water consumption of paper-process reconstituted tobacco.
