Abstract
Objective The filter after 84 disinfectant sterilization filter,washing 3 different cleaning methods to explore the best cleaning method. Method The No.1 filter element was rinsed with water for injection at 70℃ for 20minutes and then with purified water at 20℃ for 5minutes. The filter element No.2 was rinsed with water for injection at 70℃ for 5minutes and 95% ethanol for 5minutes,Then rinsed with purified water at 20℃ for 5minutes. Filter No.3 was rinsed with 70℃ water for 5minutes,connected to a peristaltic pump,rinsed with 95% ethanol for 5minutes,rinsed with water for injection at 70℃ for 5minutes,rinsed with purified water at 20℃ for 5minutes. The No.1,2,3 pairs of cleaning methods after the filter were tested integrity test. Results Through the No.1,2 cleaning method,the filter can not pass the integrity test,and through the No.3 cleaning method of the filter can pass the integrity test. On the No.1 method incomplete integrity testing of the filter cartridge and then washed with 95% ethanol for 5minutes,with 70℃ water for 5minutes rinse water filter,and then washed with purified water at 20℃ cooling for 5minutes,the result can be passed Integrity test; method No.2,incomplete integrity test of the filter element and then 70℃ water for 5minutes rinse water filter,and then washed with purified water at 20℃ for 5minutes cooling,the results can pass the integrity test. Conclusion After verification, through the No.3 cleaning method of 84 disinfectant sterilization filter after cleaning is an effective cleaning method.关键词
