摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of Allantodia dilatata, the total polyphenols components,as well as the clearance rate of DPPH radical and ABTS radical were detected with UV-Visible spectrophotometric methods. In addition,the inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase was also determined. The results showed that the total phenolics content of the methanol extracts was 16.88%. Further studies showed that the methanol extracts of A. dilatata had certain scavenging ability on DPPH and ABTS free radicals,the IC50 were 28.0 μg/mL and 30.0 μg/mL, respectively. In addition, the extracts also exhibited the α-glucosidase in vitro with IC50of(40.8 ± 5.4)g/mL and indicated that crude extracts has good hypoglycemic activity.
