薄壁圆筒局部限制失稳的试验及有限元研究
Experimental and finite element study on local confined buckling of thin-wall cylinder
摘要
Abstract
Cans are taken as thin-walled cylindrical shell specimens subjected to external pressure.A group of local rigid clamping structure is designed and manufactured.An experimental study is carried out to discover the influence of local confined constraint on the stability of thin-wall cylinder under uniform external pressure.The eigenvalue buckling analysis and geometric nonlinear buckling analysis are employed with the aid of ANSYS.The experimental and finite element results indicate that temporary local rigid confined constraint can effectively improve the critical pressure of the thin-wall cylinder subjected to external pressure.Meanwhile,the critical pressure and buckling wave number of the specimen increase gradually with the increase of clamping width.关键词
