摘要

Abstract

Improving the efficiency of chemical strengthening has been an important research topic of glass strengthening.Addition of catalysts in molten salts is one of the methods to improve the efficiency.In this work,the Panda-King glass with high content of aluminum were used,and the influence of different molten salt additives on the surface compressive stress and the depth of stress layer were studied and compared.Results show that KOH has the most marked effects to improve the surface compressive stress and the depth of the stress layer of the glasses,when compared to other molten salt additives that commonly used.Also,the addition of KOH,K2CO3and KCl to molten salts can greatly improve the surface compressive stress of the glass and,a value up to more than 950 MPa is reached in this molten salt.
