K2O/Na2O对R2O-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃力学和热学性能影响
Effect of K2O/Na2O on mechanical and thermal properties of R2O-Al2O3-SiO2glasses
摘要
Abstract
High alkali aluminum silicate glass in the system of R2O-Al2O3-SiO2was studied using machines of micro hardness tester,surface stress meter FSM-6000LE,solid material dynamic performance testing instrument,high precision expansion instrument and conductivity instrument.The mechanical properties (Vickers hardness and elastic modulus) and thermal properties (linear expansion coefficient effect of thermal conductivity and other physical properties) were researched at different radios of K2O/Na2O. The results show that the Vickers hardness, elastic modulus, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity presented a tendency of nonlinear change with the increase of K2O/Na2O when keeping the total molar content of alkali metal oxide was constant,which were affected by mixed alkali effect.关键词
