摘要
Abstract
With the improvement of the quality of people's life and changes of lifestyle, the incidence of hyperuricemia increases gradually. The relationship between hyperuricemia and hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular diseases has become more and more profound. As studies go on , more evidence confirms that hyperuricemia may be an independent risk factor for these chronic diseases. Besides, studies about whether urate-lowering therapy can reduce the risk of these chronic diseases are under way. We summarized some recent studies on the associations of hyperuricemia and the treatment of it with chronic disease, in order to raise the clinical attention to uric acid levels, at the same time provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.关键词
