风湿骨痛胶囊门诊用药分析
Use of Fengshi Gutong Capsules in Outpatients

Abstract
Objective To understand outpatient use of Fengshi Gutong capsules in the treatment of various diseases,so that referencing for safe and appropriate use of medicines in clinical practice is available.Methods A total of 655 cases of patients with single-diagnosis disorders being prescribed Fengshi Gutong capsules at Gumei Community Health Service Center,Minhang District of Shanghai City,between July and December 2016,were selected for analysis.Gender,age, clinical diagnosis,and treatment regimen was collected and analyzed.Results The 655 patients administered with Fengshi Gutong capsules consisted of 296 men and 359 women,with ages ranging from 16 to 92 years (mean 67.2 ± 13.9 years).Of the patients,76.79% (503/655) were at least 60 years old,and 75.57% (495/655) were aged from 60 to 89 years.A total of 39 diseases were diagnosed,with osteoarthritis,hyperosteogeny,arthritis,lumbago,and arthralgia accounting for 59.39% (389/655) of all diagnoses.Six hundred and forty-four (98.32%) patients followed each dose (0.6 to 1.2 g),and 299 (45.65%) patients followed a daily dose (1.2 to 2.4 g).Conclusion Current outpatient use of Fengshi Gutong capsules is almost appropriate,however,current doses are slightly higher than necessary.The supervision of prescriptions containing toxic ingredients should be strengthened.关键词
